TheThe Fly Theme Requirements, Installation and Updating

TheThe Fly Themes require:

  • WordPress 3.1.x or above;
  • Make your theme’s /cache directory writable by setting the directory permissions to 0757 (sometimes to 0777): theme-name/cache chmod 0757;

Theme Installation

TheThe Fly themes are installed according to the WP standard procedure and there is nothing special required to get this theme installed on your website. Just upload your theme’s archive file to your WP blog and activate it.

Theme Updating

You can update themes developed by TheThe Fly either manually or automatically.

Manual – To update your theme manually, simply login to your account at our Member Area, download the appropriate ZIP archive, upload it onto your WP site and activate it.

Automatic – For automatic update, please enter your Member Area’s username and login on the theme’s page and click the Update button when you see that a new version of the theme is available.

In both variants your current account status must be active.
